Item is being sent back to me for insufficient addres
I sold an item and have been watching the tracking. USPS tracking shows it is being sent back to me (the seller) because there is no much address. I messaged the buyer and they said their address is correct. I am waiting on the item but what should I do? I do not want to pay for shipping again but the buyer gets screwed because USPS didn't deliver. ????? THe tracking messaage is below:

These are a couple of options for handling a package that was returned to you as not deliverable.
1. Go to the sold listing and select send refund for the item price only. Then select sell similar to relist the item and they can purchase it again putting in the correct ( or NEW) address at checkout. You are not required by eBay to refund for an item that is returned to sender if the buyer provided an invalid address.
2. If they don't want the item or don't respond. Go to the sold item and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item. Then on the next page select OTHER for the reason. Next refund the ITEM PRICE ONLY. Do not give a full refund with the shipping costs. eBay does refund sellers fees on the amount that you refund the buyer. If you have to do this option I'd add the buyer to my blocked buyer list>
