Item in shipping going in circles
I am a seller and I shipped a item from Phx to Cal and was out for delivery but it was not delivered. It was shipped back to Phx then to Denver back to Cal and back to Phx again. Has anyone else had issues with USPS. If anyone could please advise me on what to do

Mentor3 years agoI just had this happen with a package going to Idaho. It was in Idaho then circled through Utah and Nevada twice! I was proactive. I messaged the buyer and joked that her books were taking a tour of the west before getting to her. I said they had visited more states than I have. In the end, the package was a few days late. She sent me a picture of the books with the message world traveler on them. She appreciated my updates.
