Item in Ebay Standard Envelope has not arrived. Paid over a month ago.
Purchased a football card via buy it now. Seller sent card via Ebay Standard Envelope from Illinois. Scan says Card arrived in Portland OR on June 30th “Origin Processingâ€. Over two weeks went by and no card arrived from my local PO just south of Portland. Card was scanned again on July 15th, still in Portland OR “Origin Processingâ€. Another 10 days has passed, no card and no updated scan. Somebody want to tell me what is going on?
