Item I sold not received
The item was shipped and tracking shows that it was delivered but the buyer says they didn't get it. They opened an Item Not Received case, and I responded by sending them the tracking information showing delivery. That was about 2 weeks ago. In my sold items, it says that the claim is on hold pending buyer response. Meanwhile my funds have been on hold the whole time. How long does Ebay allow for the buyer to respond before Ebay closes the claim and releases the funds?
