Mentor10 months ago@bjprod26_7 This based on your settings. If you require a buyer provided a payment method before placing a bid AND allow invoices then the buyer has the option to keep shopping for 7 days.
The setting is in buyer requirements in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
You can uncheck the box to require payment before placing a bid then the system will give buyers 4 days to pay before you can cancel as unpaid.
If you require buyers to provide a payment method prior to bidding AND allow combined shipping in your account settings then the buyer may choose to keep bidding for 7 days before paying. This is a change that many auction sellers asked for. You can read about the 7 days to pay for combined shipping on auctions here>
