Item I Shipped was Returned to Sender (Me)
I shipped an item out very timely to my buyer at the address provided through eBay. It was returned to me by USPS stating the address was no longer current and forwarding has run out. I contacted the buyer twice to ask for a current address as I won't resend it out without a confirmed address. The buyer has not responded to my requests. It's been a week and nothing. I want to refund the money and relist my item. Is there a time guideline I am supposed to be following? I can't get an answer through eBay.
