Item I Shipped Was Returned to Me by USPS
I printed out the shipping label from ebay and shipped off the package. 9 days later the package has returned to me from the USPS with a Return to Sender, No Such Number, Unable to Forward, Return to Sender label. I have reached out to the buyer for a correct address, but I have no idea how to proceed. The shipping cost was deducted from the amount that ebay paid me, but obviously I will have to incur shipping costs again, to reship this to the buyer. I would welcome suggestions on how best to proceed.

In a case like this, the best way to proceed is to issue a refund to the Buyer minus any original shipping they paid. Then relist
By refunding them you will get most of your selling fees back.
This can be done without hearing back from the Buyer.
