Item I shipped is still showing in transit, after a month.

What happens if the item I shipped never gets delivered? I have the tracking number and it has said â€œin transitâ€ for a month now. How long can it possibly take when itâ€™s only going from Chicago to NY?

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped

Locate the item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking. That should update the tracking in ebay so you can get your payout.
