Item i recieved was not as described

I ordered a compound archery bow, listing description stated a newer model that was lest than 5 years old. Item I recieved was a previous older model that should have been lesser in price. Seller doesnt accept returns, but also I am OK with keeping the item I recieved but would like a partial refund for fair market price of the item I recieved

You can ask the seller about a partial refund but they do not have to do this. If they will not issue a partial refund then you would need to open an "Item not as described" case and return the bow to receive a full refund. The seller would need to provide the return shipping label.
