Item I received seems either used or opened

Question

I ordered a soundbar set with wireless speakers and a sub woofer. The item arrived and it seems like it was either used or opened and returned. I can still see stickers on the box from a prior delivery. Would like a replacement which is new and unopened. I reached out to the seller and no response. eBay has no customer service people so I am not sure what might be the next step

Sellers may not offer replacements because many of their listings are one off items. Your best bet is a return for refund for an item that "Does not match pictures or description", below is what we advise in that regard.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
