Mentor2 years agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.

Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. If it was to your address, the package may have been stolen. Contact the police department as well as your homeowners insurance.
