Item I have not received
I ordered a 2ct aqua blue diamond the post said it would arrive in 4 days then 2 weeks then 30 plus days. I tracked the order and it says may 1st delivery, I tried contacting the seller many times to cancel the order now a message came in saying that I must return the item by April 10th, but I haven’t received any thing from the seller when I track the item it states that it’s in transit. What do I do??

You apparently opened a ‘return request’ without having anything to return. ☹ï¸
You didn’t say when or how you paid for the item. I hope you paid with a credit card … since you likely will have to contact your payment source for a refund.
