Item I didn't receive marked as delivered
Hi - An item that I purchased was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted the seller, who said that he apologized that he couldn't find the order (whatever that means) after giving me a USPS shipping number. I checked with USPS and they said that it was a valid # but that they never received the item. Every time I try to report it to eBay, I just get routed to an option that says to choose the item I didn't receive and my item doesn't show in the list, so I can't request a refund or report as unreceived. Where do I go from here?

OP1 year agoThanks for the reply @disneyshopper ! I've never purchased anything from eBay as a guest - always as a registered user 🙂

Mentor1 year agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
