Item hasn't shipped and seller isn't replying to my message
Hello. I bought an item 7 days ago and the item has still not been given to FedEx to ship. When I messaged the seller this morning to ask about this, the seller never replied. What do I do? FedEx tracking said the label was created for delivery on Dec. 29th but that they have not yet received the package from the seller.

Mentor9 months agoWhat is the estimated date of delivery according to the Order Details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
