Item Hasn't Shipped after 6 months
Hello,
I ordered an item back in July of 2022 that was labeled as a "pre-order". Seller was selling an item that they had pre-ordered but was no longer available for preorder to the public and so once the item was received, they would ship it to me. The item has since been released (for several months now) and the seller is unresponsive or may not even be a registered eBay user anymore. Is there anything that can be done?

Mentor3 years agoPre-orders are not suppose to be listed unless they can be shipped within 30 days of the listing's end date. If you cannot contact the seller, for what ever reason, I suggest you contact customer service and see what they suggest.
