Item hasn't shipped?
My account is showing an item paid for but hasn't shipped yet. No contact from seller. The item was supposed to have arrived by now. Can't contact ebay either. Thoughts?

Mentor3 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

OP3 years agoThank you for your help! I’ve submitted a case to eBay since I’ve heard nothing from the seller after several attempts to reach him/her. What a disappointing situation especially since calling eBay’s customer service has gotten me nowhere at all.
