Item hasn't been shipped and no tracking number from FedEx
Won auction on March 3rd. Why would it take more than a few days for at least a tracking number unless I'm getting ripped off?

Sellers are not required to provide a tracking number. Tracking is for the benefit of the seller. Lack of a tracking number does not mean you are getting "ripped off".
What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
When the latest estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 24 hours, you can file a Refund Request.
