Item hasn't arrived yet
Hello. This is beyond frustrating. I have an item I purchased a while back. The item has been overdue since the 7th of July. The tracking information states the item is delayed and enroute to the next facility. But it has said that since the 6th of July and hasn't updated since then. I have contacted the seller to help track down what went wrong, or provide a refund for the lost item. I have not gotten any replies at all.
Now for the really frustrating part. I have gone online on ebay and selected "Report an Item you have not received". Only to have it tell me....

I have tried a dozen different ways to contact ebay about the problem, but all roads lead back to here. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Have any ideas on how to get ahold of ebay and get this resolved?
