Item hasn't arrived & my account is suspended!
I created a ebay.de account to order an item (sewing machine) for delivery in Germany. My main account (this one) was confusing the system and I was getting messages that they couldn't deliver to here. No worries I thought, I'd use my work email for a one off account.
Once I bought the account I thought it was all good, item posted.
Last week I tried to log in and I needed to keep resetting my password as it never accepted the latest password when I tried to log in (even after waiting).
Then I received an email that my account had been suspended. No idea why- no details given. And there is still no sewing machine delivered even though it has been almost 3 weeks since postage. The seller didn't use tracking so I'm stuck there.
What can I do?
1) how do I get my account back? And
2) how do I get my money back if my account is suspended but the item hasn't been delivered??
