I had an item I purchased that I wanted to cancel the order on, but after contacting the seller, they never responded to me. I wasn't sure what to do, so I started a return request. Now I can't file an unreceived item because I already filed a return request and closed the return. I haven't received the item. The tracking info shows "USPS Awaiting Item", and no matter how many times I contact the seller, they never reply to me. I contacted my bank and filed a claim for unreceived item...
