Item hasn't arrived and seller won't communicate
I opened a request with ebay for a refund on an item that didn't arrive. Seller didn't reply and ebay auto chat says there's nothing they can do. How do I get help. Can I get a refund through Paypal?

Mentor3 years agoUnless the case was closed due to no action from you or due to the seller supplying proof of delivery, you can go back to it and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
