Item hasn't arrived and eBay's reporting system is not allowing me to report it

Question

I ordered a dress on Monday. It shipped that day and tracking says it was dropped off here at the address today at the front of the house. I was here when the mail arrived, and no such package was included. It's for my stepdaughter's wedding, so I need to resolve this ASAP. What do I do?

Hi @thatsajennstore Contact your local post office for help with finding the package. Tracking includes GPS data so they will be able to tell exactly where and when they delivered the package.
