Item hasn't arrived 6 months later
I bought an item from eBay over 6 months ago from a seller named Galvenford. Initially he told me he didn't have the item, and that he would refund me. I asked him if he had it somewhere cuz he was on work and couldn't look right now he said he would look later. He never got around to it, never looked for it kept beating me around the bush. He said if he had it he would ship it, but obviously he never shipped it. I opened a case with eBay, and he took so long to respond that eBay closed the request. Now it seems I have no avenue to get a refund or the product. Yes maybe I should have taken the refund initially, but given how beat around the bush she's given it's a good possibility he wouldn't have refunded me then either. He says I'm being rude cuz I'm getting really **bleep** off it's been over 6 months I don't have my item or my almost $100 back. I cannot find a way to contact somebody at eBay. I have tried all the online help paths none of them help. Does anyone know how to get in contact with a live person from eBay so I can explain this situation. I am extremely aggravated.
