Item hasn't arrived
Please help. I ordered a set of paints on July 28th. I never received a tracking number or any response from seller. Then on August 5th, I opened a report on the item. I was told to message the seller again and wait until the 9th, which is today, and I haven't received any help from eBay, nor have I heard from the seller. I don't even want my money back. I really need these paints and I'm so sad that this happened.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
