Item hasn’t arrived scam/fraud false tracking number
My item hasn’t and will never arrive. Seller provided fraudulent tracking number. An Item arrived to totally different address than mine in same zip code. Went to UPS, they provided irrefutable evidence that the seller was a fraud and a scammer and stole a tracking number off of their website. Told eBay about this, they closed the case I had opened without even asking to look at my evidence. I thought they were concerned with providing a safe environment for sellers and buyers. I am just tired of being ignored when I have evidence that proves I am 100% correct and leaves no doubt that my claims are correct.

·2 years agoGet a letter from UPS stating that the package was not addressed to you, then use the letter to appeal the case.
