I ordered a laptop on 5 Dec 2024. It has not been shipped. It is now 13 Dec 2024. The seller does not respond. When using contact Ebay the only option is "item I havent received" then it says wait until 16th. Frustrating

According to Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, you cannot take action until the latest estimated date of delivery has passed.

If the seller does not respond, how do you know that they have not shipped it?
