item has not been shipped
I accidentally bought an item on jan 16 and right away i contact with the seller to cancel the order since then i haven't received any message's back from the seller and today is jan 31st and when i'm trying to open a case on ebay it tells me this message below its already jan 31st not 30 anymore
If you haven't received your item by Jan 30, go to your Purchases and find the item. Then select More actions beside the item and choose I didn't receive it to open a request.

Mentor1 year ago@ezel1991 You might need to wait an additional day. Check when you bought the item ( time bought) then try to open a case then.
So if you bought the item at 1 pm Easter Standard time try waiting to open a case after that time, like maybe 1:05 pm
