Item has not been sent seller ignores messages
Paid for the item and has not been sent and the seller ignores my messages.
when I want to report it to eBay it keeps saying “it may still be on the way†even though tracking is not available!!
what should I do? I’m afraid of if I “cancel†the item I will not get the refund since the seller is ignoring me. I have never encountered this on eBay before.. and am starting to wonder if this account is a scam ? That the sellers listing was a scam?
please help!

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
