Item has not been received from Canada (shipping to US)
Hello,
I am located in California. A pretty expensive package (trading card) from Canada is delayed. I read online that the last date to get a refund for an item never delivered is 30 days after the latest expected delivery date. What if it is still on its way after these 30 days, I never put in an "item hasn't arrived" request, and never ends up getting to me for some reason? Will I still be able to get a refund if it for some reason never gets to me?
It has a tracking number, and the only update on Canada Post website is that the post office received the package. That update was a bit over a month ago.
Thank you!

Mentor8 months agoThe package could be delayed in Customs, or delayed due to the weather on the eastern side of the continent. If you are past the 30 days, you can always contact the credit card issuer if that is how you paid. They can usually help you up to 180 days after purchase.
