Item has not been received
The seller has not added the item I purchased in my history. I paid for the merchandise and upon contacting the seller I am told the merchandise has been sent. But I’ve received no tracking number or anticipated delivery. The items do not show up in my history so there is no way to find them. The items are still listed in the sellers list of items for sale. I’m thinking this seller is a scammer.

Mentor3 years agoIs it posible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file an Item Not Received case if it doesn't arrive.
