Item has not been delivered
I ordered a pair of Adidas as a guest on eBay. They weren't able to deliver the package due to "insufficient address" so I waited a week until they notified me saying they sent it back with the address of Las Vegas. This left me confused because the seller's address says New York. I am trying to talk to someone because now when I try to search up the order number it says invalid. Now I feel like this is fraud. I want a refund and to forget about this mess for just a pair of shoes.

Some sellers have a different return shipping address than the address the item was shipped from.

If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account) it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
