Item has not arrived yet

Question

I order a laptop from an eBay member. Good reviews (100% positive feedback) but unfortunately they haven't shipped the item and they haven't responded to any of my texts..... I have tried to open a request but I can't see the option. It just keeps on mentioning that I have to wait for delivery even though the estimated date is passed..... How do I get my money back. Kindly help.

Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to see if the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 business days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
