Item has not arrived. There is no tracking. I have requested refund. I need assistance from ebay
I ordered an item that I did not need. The item has not delivered I requested a refund; the item still has not delivered
for me to return it. I'm trying to get some assistance from eBay, but I do not have any options to contact a eBay service member or a phone number to contact anyone at eBay. This is the only option to reach out to the community. This is frustrating to get this matter resolved

You cannot file a Return Request until you have received the item.
Ordering an item you "did not need" is not a valid reason under Ebay's Money Back Guarantee. Depending on the seller's return policy, they might decline the return request.
