Item has not arrived, no responce from seller and ebay doesnt recognize the order number

Question

I ordered something in September that was supposed to arrive in October or November.

Still no package, I messaged the seller asking how long it normally takes and if there is tracking... Nothing.

I opened a Item has not received claim and Messaged again today asking for a refund.

That was over a week ago, I tried getting the live bot to help but it doesnt recognize the order number or that the order was even placed from my account. I search the order number and it doesnt come up

I cant get in contact with an agent because "I need to select a item" before being connected to an agent

i really dont know what to do

This is the Ebay US site. Look in your Purchase History on the Ebay Canada site.
