Item has not arrived
I have the this problem: USPS tracking says item is delivered but it was not, eBay says to message the seller which I did, seller says he shipped the item already, eBay won't take my messages, how should I proceed? I need the item or the money back.

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately this is going to be a problem. When tracking shows the item was delivered they will back the seller and not the buyer. You would have to prove with evidence from the shipping carrier that the address on the package was not your address in order for eBay to side with you. Keep in mind that eBay considers a package to be delivered if it is delivered to the zip code (first three digits) that you provided on payment.
