Item has never been shipped
Hey I recently ordered a item on eBay and the seller has never shipped my item it’s been 6 days now I have been trying to get in contact with the seller but has not been able to get in contact. I have never gotten a reply from the seller and I really want a refund because I have already paid for the item. What do I do? Because I can’t cancel since it’s already been 3 days and I really need my money back
