Item has failed within the 12 month sales of goods act but e-bay window is closed
Seller not interested as their window has closed but new items should have a 12 month gaurantee

Did you get the warranty in writing?
Did you register it with the manufacturer?
Is the seller an authorized dealer/distributor?
Did you contact the manufacturer?
What type of item is it?
