Item has disappeared from my Account
I have sold an item and Community say it is "here" but the link doesn't work for me

But the Community can see it and so can the buyer.
The buyer has paid but I cant see the funds in my Paypal Account and I fear that if I ship the item I wont get paid because on eBay the transaction doesn't exist !
I really think I need to speak to a person at eBay to resolve this.
When I log into My eBay, I am in eBay.co.uk but I have been told that a glich has taken me to the US Site !!!
I am extremely frustrated , having spent 2 hours today to try to resolve this.
If you can help, I would be most grateful.

Mentor2 years agoYou are currently signed in to ebay.com, and you are posting on the US eBay community pages.
Have you registered for Managed Payments? eBay no longer uses PayPal to pay sellers. Payment goes to your checking account.
If the transaction appears in your eBay account under orders as paid and awaiting shipment, you should ship.
