Item has broken
Hi I purchased a watch just over three months ago but only been used from January 28th. The expanding strap has broken away from watch face. The information attached to purchase states twelve months guarantee.It was not expensive £8/99 . Have contacted seller numerous times very politely ,but no response .Cannot find a section on all EBay information too deal with this .All EBay says get in touch with seller . Any help would be appreciated . There used to be a phone number which in past I have spoken to a representative direct , but this doesn’t seem to work at present.Many Thanks .

·3 years agoYou are registered in the UK eBay site. This is the USA eBay site. You need to go back to the UK eBay site (ebay.co.uk). Log out here and open the UK eBay site.
As for the "guarantee", it's probably not valid for an eBay purchase. You might want to ask about that on the UK eBay site.
