Item has been delivered but still says shipped and is keeping my funds on hold
An item that has been delivered to the buyer still says shipped. I can’t get payed for it until it says delivered. I have proof that the buyer got the package as well

Mentor1 year agoYou need to check the tracking number outside of eBay and see if it says delivered. If it does then you need to contact eBay customer service and ask them to manually check the tracking number. When they see the package as delivered they can start the payout process. The USPS and eBay systems do not always match up in real time.
