Item has been delivered, but eBay still shows as "shipped"
By has received and signed for a large item that had to be sent by freight. I added the Trucking company and tracking number in order. Their system shows it as delivered, but eBay still shows as "shipped" and is just holding thousands of dollars. I can't get customer service to call me when I request a call (I have turned off ALL spam filters). Is there a place to add a ticket, or upload the delivery confirmation or speak to a real human at all?
