If the item in eBay has tracking I suggest that you file a Missing Mail piece with USPS, this can shake things lose and have tracking update for you between USPS and eBay. You need eBay to show it was delivered for your protection.
Without eBay tracking showing that the item was delivered Buyers can file a claim that they did not receive their item and you would have to refund them through the claim. Failing that eBay forces the refund and gives you account a defect.
There is some recent good news ... if you print your labels through eBay.
eBay launched a new Seller Protection for sellers who print their labels through eBay. If a Seller loses a Buyer’s claim that they did not receive their item and refunded the Buyer through the claim then eBay will reimburse the Seller IF the package is delivered later and tracking confirms the delivery.
Thank you. FWIW... I didn't use Ebay for labels because the shipping cost was much higher.

If you purchased a label off eBay then you had to manually ADD the tracking number to the listing. Your listing states USPS Priority mail, their Ground Advantage shipping is less and insurance can be added to cover amounts over $ 100 (that's the built in amount they offer).
You also get a discount when you print your labels through eBay ...
If you use accurate weights and package sizes and the Calculated shipping method Buyers see how much they need to pay you to ship the item and you can then purchase a discounted label through eBay ... and you can set your listings up to sue FedEx, UPS or USPS.
