Item got promoted without my authorization
I sold a huge lot of monster high doll back in July. got paid 2 days later and notice that they took a promotion fee of $220.86 on top of their $320.00. Called them a day later and told them I never promoted this listing. I knew what i was selling. it needed no attention. first gentleman gave me a case # and said it was accepted and will be refunded in about 8 days. 8 days past and the woman i spoke to said the refund cause of the size would take till aug 17 to complete. fast forward the 18th today i called and the guy today says it was declined. i told him i didnt authorize that promotion and was told it was accepted. he kept telling me it was a viable fee. any one else have this happen and you eventually got your money back?
