Item Got broke during shipping I sent
I sent a cookie jar rapped well and they said it got busted .I have not done this before so not sure what to do

Mentor2 years agoAsk the buyer for photos of the item and the package. Ask them to hold it until you know if they will need to take it to their po for inspection.
Refund the buyer - I assume you don’t want to pay to have it returned - so go to your sold orders and select send refund next to that order.
Then go to usps.com and file an insurance claim using the photos from the buyer.
