Item from overseas
How do I report an item that takes too long from overseas? Ebay keeps saying item may still be on its way and doesn't allow me to open a case but I believe the tracking number provided is not legit because it doesn't update

·3 years agoIf it's coming by ship, it'll take awhile and tracking won't update until it reaches the US.

·3 years agoIf you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed (the delivery estimate was on the listing when you committed to buy it so you agreed to wait that long), go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
