Item from China stuck and shipping at DHL and eBay is not offering me any help just looping

Question

eBay is playing games with me with this too cause I keep putting this information in and getting no worse DHL tracking numbers that seller has given me three different numbers none of them any good Iâ€™m about 230 some dollars and canâ€™t get any help from eBay

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in the Order Details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
