Item Fraud: Unable to Report
I ordered jewelry, a ring, that was supposed to arrive months ago. It was months to prepare the ring to be made and shipped. I opened an inquiry, reporting that the item did not arrive yet (the status said it shipped, then arrived), but I was told to wait.
Now, I am looking to report the vendor and item to get a refund, but it no longer exists in either listings or my history of purchases. Items should not be deleted from history within a year (deletion after 3 years is the policy). So, I cannot report anything or contact anyone because I am automatically redireced to select the item in question, which no longer exists. I cant contact customer service. The link to details in the email that I recieved is dead (error message). The vendor doesnt exist anymore either. Let me know if anyone tracks down "pokemon_goods_japan"

Call your credit card issuer and see if they can open a dispute for an item not received. Most cards can help for up to 180 days after purchase. eBay can only help for up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
