Item for sale was misplaced, have buyer
I received an email that there was a buyer for an item I had listed. Turns out the item was mistakenly taken with other things to be donated. The buyer has paid eBay, but there is no item to ship to this person. What do I do?

Mentor5 months agoClick on Cancel, which will also refund, in the drop down menu next to the item and apologize to the buyer.
