Item for Return Not Listed in Ebay Purchase History
Somehow, my last ebay purchase didn't end up in "My Ebay" purchase history. It's a phone case that doesn't fit my phone. I have the item, I have an order number, but I can't call it up from my purchase history to return it. Ebay doesn't make this easy, even to contact them to ask. Any ideas?

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
