item flagged as prohibited when there 100's of similiar
A common kitchen blender was flagged as violating the product safety policy and I am wishing to relist. The list was created with " Have one to sell? sell now. Its almost a word for word listing. There are 100's of similar listings. If I change the listing title so AI doesn't flag are there any repercussions if its flagged again?

Once a listing has been pulled, it should never be relisted again on eBay. Pulled items seemingly remain on a bot’s radar forever … despite the seller’s efforts to fix the offending issue.
If you want to continue selling on eBay … then list your kitchen blender on another venue. Otherwise, it will keep getting pulled until you’re permanently restricted from selling.
I wish I had better advice to offer.
